We are looking for a Placement Analyst to help facilitate the marketing and placement process by coordinating submissions, gathering documentation and maintaining communication with our carrier partners and internal stakeholders. A day in the life.

1. Prepare, organize, and submit applications and supporting documentation to insurance carriers.
2. Obtain and compare insurance quotes from multiple carriers.
3. Assist with gathering underwriting information and ensuring submission packages are complete and accurate.
4. Process binder requests and maintain policy documentation.
5. Assist with proposal preparation, policy binding and the renewal process.
6. Track carrier responses, follow up on outstanding items and maintain workflow timelines.
7. Coordinate communication between Placement Specialist, Producers, Carrier Representatives and internal team members.

Our future colleague:

• Current Florida 2-20 License or ability to obtain
• Relevant insurance industry education, training, or experience
• Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management System, or willingness to learn
• Possess good skills of persuasion and sales ability
