We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and provide high-quality dental hygiene care. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, including children, delivering thorough cleanings, patient education, and contributing to overall patient wellness. Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
Experience in a dental office environment preferred, especially in general or pediatric dentistry.
Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, dental procedures, and patient counseling techniques.
Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments to identify any concerns.
Take and interpret dental radiographs, including bitewing and panoramic X-rays, as required.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, dental care routines, and the importance of regular visits.
Document patient medical histories and treatment records accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with the dentist to discuss treatment plans, patient concerns, and ensure coordinated care.
Use aseptic techniques to maintain a clean, safe, and sterile clinical environment.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene and technology to provide the best care possible.
Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, with special attention to children’s dental health.

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: Closed
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Part-time schedule with approximately 16 – 24 hours per week
