Lead Interior Door & Closet Door Installer

One Day Doors & Closets – San Diego

We’re growing, and we’re looking for another great person to join our team.

One Day Doors & Closets is the nation’s largest interior door installation company, and our San Diego dealership is currently the #2 ranked dealership in the country . We’ve been growing quickly, and we’re looking to add an experienced, hands-on installer who takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our specialty is  retrofit interior door and closet door replacement . You’ll be working in residential homes, removing existing doors and installing new interior and closet doors using our proven installation system.

This is a hands-on job. You’ll be measuring, fitting, adjusting, installing, and making sure the finished product looks clean and works exactly the way it should.

We’re looking for someone who notices the little things and takes pride in walking away from a job knowing it was done well.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert in our specific door installation process—we’ll train you on our system.

What matters most to us is that you:

• Have some hands-on carpentry, construction, or installation experience
• Are comfortable working with hand tools
• Have good attention to detail
• Take pride in the quality of your work
• Have a positive attitude and are dependable
• Can work well as part of a team
• Enjoy working with your hands and solving problems as you go
• Care about doing a good job, not just getting the job done

What We Provide

We’ll give you  full training on our installation system and provide all of the tools you need for the job, with the exception of a screw gun.

You’ll also be joining a team where people actually help each other. We work hard, but we enjoy working together, and having good people around us matters just as much as having the right skills.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime available when needed and paid accordingly
• $24–$30 per hour , depending on experience and commitment
• Medical Benefits
• Shop located on  Miramar Road in San Diego
