Research and Development Engineering Manager

As our Technology Manager , you will lead a talented team of scientists, engineers, and technicians while driving the development of next-generation polymer compounds and engineered thermoplastic solutions. Required Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience within polymers, engineered thermoplastics, compounding, formulation, or product development.
• Demonstrated experience leading scientists, engineers, technicians, or technical teams.
• Proven success developing and commercializing new products.
• Expertise in polymer formulation, compounding, processing, and application development.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma, DOE, DMAIC, or Design for Six Sigma training.
• Patent development, intellectual property, or industry publication experience. xhyhwjd
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
