Restaurant Cleaner / Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW We are hiring part-time Commercial Cleaners to service client locations across Greater Nashville. Shifts vary from daytime to overnight, giving you flexibility while keeping things consistent week to week. This is a W-2 position — you're part of the team, not just a contractor. WHAT YOU'LL DO Clean and sanitize commercial facilities including offices, restaurants, and retail spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all surfaces to client and safety standards Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas thoroughly Restock supplies, empty trash, and maintain an organized work environment Work independently or with a small crew during assigned shifts Follow all health, safety, and client-specific protocols at every location REQUIREMENTS Must be available on Sundays and Mondays (required shift days) Reliable personal transportation to reach job sites across Greater Nashville Must be willing to pass a background check Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional attitude PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience Restaurant cleaning experience is a MAJOR PLUS — familiarity with kitchen cleaning, hood vents, and grease management is highly valued WHAT WE OFFER $19–$23/hour — competitive pay with performance-based increases Flexible shift options: day, evening, and overnight Paid training — no prior experience required to get started All cleaning supplies and equipment provided Uniforms/PPE provided Direct deposit with bi-weekly pay Referral bonuses for team members who bring in great hires Paid drive time between job sites Opportunity to grow into lead and supervisor roles as the company expands Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company Description ABOUT CLEAN SLATE Clean Slate is a professional cleaning company proudly serving the Greater Nashville Area.
