MIAMI LAKES, Miami Lakes, FL, US BARTENDER We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non‑alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Requirements and Skills Proven working experience as a Bartender Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Extensive knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Able to work in a fast‑paced environment Be a team player Competitive pay and great team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
