Responsibilities include:Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of carePerforms procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of careOrders and prescribes appropriate medicationsConduct patient assessments and develop treatment plansMaintains patient confidentialityDocument patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical recordsRequired PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio. Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients.
