Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at the Meadow Lark Apartments in Aurora, CO. We offer up to $20/hrs plus $75 leasing bonuses, two weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits for full‑time employees

Up to $100 renewal commissions Yearly raises up to 5% 401(k) planning and pre‑tax contributions including up to $4,000 matching component Blue Cross / Blue Shield medical insurance for less than $50 a month for yourself Vision and disability insurance 9 paid holidays Paid time off: 1st year = 80 hours, 2‑4 years = 120 hours, 5+ years = 160 hours 20% off rent at any of our owned communities (terms and conditions apply) Free skiing at Monarch Mountain Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot, and more Tuition reimbursement program Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service field Good computer skills and ability to navigate software Good verbal and written communication Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents Must be an organized self‑starter Must be professional in appearance and demeanor This role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monarch Investment And Management Group
