We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Back of House (BOH) Cook to join our culinary team in University City, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with front of house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
