Overview It’s a great time to join AAA The Auto Club Group! The position is full‑time, non‑exempt, hourly. Pay Structure and Incentives Annual base pay $25,000, overtime eligible. Unlimited leads with no cost. Elevated tiered commissions for the first 12 months. Sign‑on bonus $2,500, paid in installments: $1,000 after 30 days, $1,500 after 90 days. Annual sales incentive trip. Average earnings $75,000–$100,000 base plus commissions. Use product knowledge and marketing and sales techniques to achieve sales goals. Develop leads and prospects via outbound/inbound calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars. Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and financial services products. Complete applications, forms and follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies. Collaborate with branch to reach business goals, maximize leads and sales opportunities, and cross‑sell. Assist underwriting and brokerage departments to satisfy requirements. Respond to customer inquiries and problems using sound sales practices. Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities, maintain production standards and persistency levels. Qualifications Valid State Life Sales licenses. Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework. Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products. Valid State driver’s license and qualification to operate a vehicle for travel. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum 2 years of proven life insurance sales experience, including intangible products. Desired Skills and Attributes Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products. Excellent listening, analysis, and recommendation skills tailored to customer needs. Effective communication of complex information. Proposal preparation and closing ability. Mathematical calculation for premiums and values. Relationship building and prospecting for new sales opportunities. Collaboration with team members to achieve business goals. Strong communication with branch partners. Understanding of tax and legal impacts of products. Strong organization, planning, time management, administrative skills. Professional and positive representation of Auto Club Life. PC skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email. Independent work with minimal supervision. Work Environment Temperature‑controlled office. Limited travel to community events; exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes.
