At UFC GYM , we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof—from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Strength Instructor certified to teach BODYPUMP to lead our members through results-driven, powerful resistance training sessions. The Mission
As a LES MILLS BODYPUMP Instructor , you’ll deliver high-energy, engaging classes using the official BODYPUMP format, choreography, and music. Through motivating coaching and a focus on proper technique, you’ll help members of all fitness levels build strength, improve endurance, and feel successful in every class. Key Responsibilities
- Class Excellence: Plan and deliver structured strength classes that incorporate safe, well-paced programming and smooth transitions.
- Education & Form: Educate participants on proper lifting form, body alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.
- Community Connection: Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
- Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all weights and studio equipment are handled and stored correctly.
- Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and safe resistance training techniques.
- Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
- Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
- Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Strength or Resistance training) is highly preferred.
- Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
- Les Mills BODYPUMP certification is required.
- CPR/AED certification.
