P&C Territory Sales Manager | Remote

King’s Insurance Staffing is partnering with a growing P&C insurance carrier seeking a proven Territory Sales Manager to own and expand an assigned territory. This high-visibility role offers the autonomy to develop agency strategy, appoint new producers, strengthen existing partnerships, and directly influence market share and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Grow and manage a profitable agency territory



• 
  

  Recruit, appoint, and develop independent agencies



• 
  

  Create strategic plans tied to production and retention



• 
  

  Serve as a consultative partner to agency owners and producers



• 
  

  Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, and sales leadership



• 
  

  Represent the carrier at agency meetings and industry events

Qualifications:

• 
  

  3–7+ years of insurance territory management, agency relations, or field sales experience



• 
  

  Strong P&C industry and underwriting knowledge



• 
  

  Proven success building agency relationships and growing production



• 
  

  Active P&C and/or E&S license



• 
  

  Willingness to travel throughout the territory

Salary & Benefits

  $80,000 - $120,000+ (depending on experience) + lucrative bonus
