What You'll Do

• Monitor residents' mental and physical well-being continuously
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with proper documentation
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) according to licensing requirements
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, oxygen administration, and feeding procedures
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of patient statuses
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Maintain infection control and safety standards on the unit
• Complete reports and ensure compliance with all regulations and facility policies

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid nursing license for NH
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in LTC or similar setting
• Competency in medication administration and patient monitoring
• Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively
• Preferred:
• Experience supervising LNAs
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records
