Global Accounting Policy & Strategy VP

Carlsbad Tech is looking for an expert in Accounting Policy & Strategy to join at the Principal or VP level. This role will focus on developing and implementing accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and a collaborative approach to working with executives across the firm. Responsibilities include advising on complex accounting transactions and ensuring compliance with external auditors.
