Graphic Design, IT & Administrative Support Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a dynamic, multi-functional role. The Graphic Design, IT & Administrative Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily operations by combining visual design expertise, basic IT support, and administrative coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys both creative and technical work.

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing materials including digital and print assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
• Assist in creating promotional content for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives

• Provide first-level technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with setup and maintenance of office technology, systems, and equipment
• Coordinate with external IT providers as needed to resolve more complex issues

• Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, coordination, and organization of office operations
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
• Support cross-functional team needs and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
• Collaborate effectively with team members while demonstrating strong self-direction

• Proven experience in graphic design, administrative support, or IT-related roles preferred
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to resolve basic IT issues
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
