This role focuses on executing strategies and tactics that support organizational goals. They'll be a brand champion working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure the brands are represented accurately and consistently across all touchpoints.What You'll Be Doing / ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end execution of NFL and NBA tentpole campaigns by managing creative asset trackers, coordinating delivery, and assisting with activationsServe as the point of contact for routing creative assets across various departments including but not limited to Sales, PR, Community, and Partnerships, ensuring all teams have the latest versions of campaign materialsResearch sports industry trends to provide actionable insights to help deliver products and experiences that are recognized best in classEnsure brand guidelines are understood and accurately deployed by both internal and external partnersFoster a collaborative and positive relationship with all internal stakeholdersIndependently manage specific projects such as internal recap presentations, promo item creation, and asset development for special events and international activationsThe ideal candidate is detailed oriented, analytical, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to our mission of bringing people together through the power of sportsWhat You'll BringFour-year degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field1-2 years of brand marketing or advertising experience, in a support or assistant capacityExcellent project management skills and comfort with a fast-paced work environmentStrong understanding of brand fundamentalsAdaptable and efficient learner; able to step in and pick up on projects quicklyAbility to support campaign execution from setup to post-campaign reporting with strong attention to detailAble to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the schedule of the NFL and NBAAll Candidates Should HaveCommitment to community and a people-first mindsetStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to celebrate individuality and value diverse perspectivesHigh integrity and a proactive, solutions-oriented "winning" mindsetWhat We OfferMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance options401K with employer contributionsPaid parental leavePTO and paid holidaysWellness Program
