Marketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with content creation, market research, campaign analytics, and coordination of internal and external marketing efforts while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.Create cohesive cross-channel marketing content and collateral for platforms including social media, websites, print, out-of-home (OOH), connected TV (CTV), SMS, direct mail, email, brochures, and advertisements.Support content creation by capturing new footage and repurposing existing video and photo assets for marketing use.Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging organic social media content.Monitor social media trends, local events, and seasonal opportunities to help identify new marketing and content ideas.Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives including company newsletters, quarterly events, and community engagement activities.Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and preparing reports.Provide support in maintaining and updating the company's website, marketing databases, and customer lists as needed.Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives.Assist with organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.Competencies for SuccessCommunicationOrganization & Time ManagementInitiativeCreativityProblem SolvingAttention to DetailCollaborationResults OrientationRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content scheduling toolsBasic understanding of digital and traditional marketing channelsExperience using design or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsStrong video editing and visual storytelling skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materialsAbility to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects in a timely and independent mannerAbility to learn new software, platforms, and marketing tools as neededAbility to collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and customer service teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing demand and seasonal conditionsTake initiative and have urgency.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience required.Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or promotional campaigns.Experience using design or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred.Experience managing or assisting with social media accounts for a business or organization preferred.Experience in home services or other fast-paced service industries is a plus but not required.Physical DemandsAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of timeRemote Work EligibilityEligible with prior approvalSupervisory ComponentNoManagerial ComponentNoConfidentiality ComponentYes
