About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of exposing and countering anti-Israel narratives in the media, online, and in educational institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and execution of the organization's strategic vision. This pivotal role demands an inspirational and mission-driven leader with a deep passion for the work, capable of articulating the purpose to diverse audiences. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, lead strategic planning, and ensure the organization is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital information landscape. Key responsibilities include elevating the organization's brand, leading the development and execution of strategic plans, and directing the evolution of digital strategies to influence public discourse in real time. The ideal CEO for the company will have a proven track record in executive leadership, preferably in a nonprofit, advocacy, media, or policy organization, and a strong commitment to the mission of promoting accurate and responsible journalism about Israel and the Middle East. Professional experience should include a background in fundraising, digital fluency, and a history of using modern media tools to shape narratives and drive impact. The candidate should possess strong public communication skills, the ability to manage substantial budgets, and a collaborative leadership style to inspire and retain a talented global staff. A preference is given to candidates with a Boston-based background, and the role requires a leader who can serve as a visible and credible ambassador, strengthening partnerships and generating enthusiasm for the organization's mission.
