- Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal parts per engineering specifications
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Set up and adjust tooling for various bending tasks
- Assemble metal components as needed; welding experience a plus
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all time
- Press Brake or metal fabrication experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and perform accurate setups/tooling changes
- Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency using precision measuring tools
- Safety-first mindset with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with fabrication equipment (Bridgeport mill, waterjet, saws, drill press, etc.)
