Residential Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage day to day operations on the jobsite, including coordination of workers, materials, and equipment. Responsibilities Maintain safe, efficient, and presentable conditions on site Ensure houses are built according to plans and with a high quality of workmanship Hold subcontractors to scope of work Schedule subcontractors and ensure houses are completed on time and to specifications Communicate effectively with sales and office staff Supervise Assistant Superintendent and Laborers Complete all required inspections Maintain excellent relationships with city, county, and state agencies Ensure SWPPS regulations are followed Report progress and issues to the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager in a timely manner Qualifications College degree in Construction Management preferred 5+ years of production homebuilding experience required as a Superintendent or Assistant Experience in site work highly desired Computer literate and familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication skills with various levels of staff and subcontractors Excellent organization and time management skills Team player with strong work ethic Ability to handle stress effectively and coordinate multiple projects and people efficiently Excellent attention to detail, quick thinker, and problem solver Bilingual Spanish preferred OSHA Training SWPPS Training Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Synectics Inc.
