• Daily Guarantee or Percentage of Adjusted Production: Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Active Arizona Dental License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
