Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – South Carolina

Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Upstate South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12 or 4x12 schedule with every other weekend coverage (may vary based on unit needs)

• Long-term acute care (LTAC) environment specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Patient ratio of 5:1 across all shifts
• 24 hours of orientation provided to support your transition
• Omnicell medication management system with Epic EMR charting
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Social Services
• Floating required based on census needs to units matching your qualifications and competencies

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit settings
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• First-time travelers considered based on relevant clinical experience
• Charge nurse experience preferred
