Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth through global affiliate partnerships. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliates to promote our suite of digital products and services. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across various digital channels. Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. Create promotional content and marketing assets to support affiliate partners. Foster strong relationships with affiliates to maintain engagement and loyalty. Track conversions, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and competitive programs. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and performance-based marketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency in using affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ, or similar) is a plus. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly. Experience 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital sales (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for online marketing are also encouraged to apply. Experience in building and scaling affiliate networks is a strong advantage.
