Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - MC Address: Schaumburg, IL Job Description Provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients in collaboration with a clinical care team. Conduct accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment management of health problems. Perform health counseling and disposition planning for patients. Maintain NP license in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions. Submit required documentation including BLS certification and completed candidate questionnaire. Critical Information Onsite as needed; position involves patient-facing responsibilities. Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Sunday 9am-4:30pm. This position requires working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations. Education / Licenses Needed Active NP license in the state of application. BLS certification from ARC or AHA.
