Murphy & Co Design wants a seasoned AutoCAD Project Manager (5+ years of commercial or residential experience) to lead the technical development of our exemplary homes. This isn’t just drafting; you are the bridge between artistic vision and built reality. Responsibilities Take hand‑drawn sketches or conceptual AutoCAD drawings from architects/designers and translate them into detailed AutoCAD construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained from concept to completion. Manage timelines and maintain rigorous quality control standards. Mentor and manage other CAD technicians in the firm, fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment. Communicate with architects/designers and contractors on‑site to solve design challenges, ensuring each home is exemplary. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial or residential AutoCAD experience, with strong drafting skills. Strong understanding of building systems, technology, and high‑end construction methods. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing timelines and projects. Excellent communication skills; friendly, respectful, and a true team player.
