We are continuing to train and consistently hire to provide the best quality of care we can to our patients, as well as maintaining a properly staffed and well-cultured team. RN/LPN pay is extremely competitive. Rate consideration includes experience, shift selection, additional education, etc.Our clinical focus is advanced respiratory treatment and hemodialysis. All nursing staff receive competency-based airway training to ensure the skills and knowledge needed to provide additional care when required.Our in-house hemodialysis center is contracted through an outside company, allowing for outstanding HD care without the need for outpatient transport.
