LPN – Long Term CareSchedule: All contracts must run through the holiday season and HCP must be available for full shift orientation.Assignment Details:Contract Length: 27 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 24 hours per weekRequirements:NY LPN LicensureBLS (AHA or RQI)1 year of experience as LPNRoles & Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, ensuring patient needs are met safely and effectively.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and respond promptly to call lights and alarms.Support residents' nutritional needs and preferences, including meal delivery and feeding assistance.Participate in rehabilitation activities and monitor residents for changes in physical and emotional status, reporting concerns to nursing staff as needed.Compliance / Notes:Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated.Required tasks involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.Client Details:City: Penn YanState: NYTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
