Electronic Test Technician

The Electronic Test Technician reporting to the Production Manager, is responsible for performing technical skills and tasks in an electronic assembly environment Position located in Solon, OH 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday $19.00 per hour Perform basic test equipment setup using work and test instructions. Perform basic replacement of circuit board and wiring for Data Collection Unit. Perform basic test, configuration and fault isolation operations for all Data Collection Unit product families. Perform basic testing and configuration functions for our Zonescan product. Perform basic test and fault isolation functions for Grid Monitoring calibration, high voltage and cellular testing for all product families. Basic fault-isolation of circuit boards utilizing digital multi-meter, and basic PC test applications and equipment. Comply with all safety requirements. Comply with company ESD policy. Clean workstation at the end of each day. Perform other tasks as assigned by the DCU Lead and/or production supervisor. What will help you thrive in this role? Minimum of an Associate’s technical degree or a minimum of 2 years’ equivalent electronics training. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related software utilizing a Windows platform. One or more years’ experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment as a technician.
