About The Role: 

Integra Beauty is searching for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our lean, collaborative finance team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our daily financial operations, helping us maintain accurate records and a smooth month-end process as our brands grow.

Because we operate as a lean team, we are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, feels comfortable navigating NetSuite, and appreciates a varied day-to-day workload where their contributions directly impact the team's success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily transaction entry and reconciliation of bank accounts

• Preparing daily cash report

• Transaction entry and reconciliation of credit card accounts

• Downloading E-comm marketplace deposit reports and creating journal entries

• Month end bank accounts, credit cards, and customer liability reconciliations

• Create intercompany invoices and journal entry

• Maintain fixed asset and related depreciation schedules

• Support month end close

• Assist with sales tax prepayments and filings

• Assist in various accounting related tasks and process creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field required.

• 4+ years of general accounting experience, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or DTC e-commerce consumer retail companies.

• Prior experience working within Bill.com is highly desirable.

• Prior experience working within NetSuite is required to ensure success in this role.

• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and MS Excel (google suite, pivot tables, basic formulas) and standard workplace tools (Slack, Adobe Acrobat).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, great attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset fit for a small team environment.
