responsibilities:

• Supervise Shift Operations: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and meet production schedules.
• Manage Production Cycles: Drive end-to-end processing operations, including mixing, extrusion, molding, curing, and finishing workflows.
• Lead & Mentor Staff: Direct and develop shift supervisors, technicians, and operators while maintaining strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Optimize Operational KPIs: Monitor plant performance metrics (efficiency, yield, downtime) and coordinate with QA and maintenance to drive continuous process improvements.
• Support Resource & Cost Management: Oversee shift workflows, align with supply chain teams on raw material procurement, and contribute to departmental cost-saving initiatives.
