Job Description Job Details Base Pay Starting at $20.50 per hour. Shifts: Day Shift 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills. Maintain a safe/clean work environment and utilize safe work practices on all job projects. Assist production and be open to cross‑training. Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Qualifications Work Experience 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or construction preferred. Skills and Knowledge Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and be quality conscious. Daily commitment to safety. Willingness to work and learn with excellent attendance and a can‑do attitude. Reading a tape measure is required. Apply concepts to practical situations. Read, write and communicate in English sufficient to perform job functions. Physical and Environmental Demands Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk and perform fine manipulation with fingers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist. Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation. Exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes or chemicals on the shop floor. Intermittent exposure to inclement weather. Work overtime as needed.
