Experience: • 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • High School completion required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. • No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Animas Surgical Hospital. Additional Details: Required Credentials: - Completion of an accredited school of surgical technology or equivalent clinical surgery training and experience. Preferred Skills/Experience: - Experience in at least two specialty areas preferred. Unit Details: - Assists with surgical patient care under RN or physician direction. - Prepares and maintains OR equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures. - Functions in the scrub role and sterile processing, including decontamination. - Prepares medications for procedures under RN or physician supervision. - Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
