This role is ideal for a semi-retired insurance account executive or seasoned State Farm team member looking for stable, meaningful work with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours . If you have State Farm experience, enjoy helping customers, and prefer a service-focused role over sales pressure, this may be a great fit. Must have an active 2-20 Florida Insurance License. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service Handle billing questions, claims, policy changes, and general inquiries Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced office environment Requirements: Must have an active FL 2-20 or 4-40 license Must be able to commute to the office Knowledge of Citizens and EasyLink a must. Prior State Farm experience a plus.
