We are seeking a dependable Shipper & Receiver to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory operations in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality medical-grade products are accurately prepared, protected, and delivered to customers.

What You'll Do

• Package and prepare domestic and international shipments, including fragile medical-grade products.
• Verify orders, job travelers, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.
• Create labels and process shipments using systems such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and WorldShip.
• Maintain shipment and inventory records using ERP systems.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and warehouse activities.
• Build and customize packaging using basic tools such as saws and drills.
• Operate pallet jacks and safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following quality procedures.
• Support manufacturing and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the workday.
• Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and shipping platforms.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Needham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Needham, MA.
