Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing support. Understand client needs, priorities, and business objectives. Respond to client questions and coordinate timely solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients through email, phone, video meetings, and other approved channels. Track client requests, follow‑ups, action items, and service‑related activities. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill requests. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience. Prepare client reports, presentations, account updates, and meeting materials. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client information in CRM and business systems. Support account reviews, client meetings, onboarding activities, and service updates. Identify potential account risks or concerns and elevate them when appropriate. Assist with client retention and relationship‑development initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Support teams. Follow company policies, service standards, and data‑handling procedures. Perform other client relationship and account support duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 2–5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, sales support, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication style. Ability to understand client needs and coordinate appropriate solutions. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, requests, and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms. Experience managing client accounts or portfolios. Familiarity with customer success and client retention practices. Experience preparing client presentations, reports, or account reviews. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
