SharePoint Administrator

Job Summary: The SharePoint & Workflow Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring SharePoint Online environments, supporting workflow automation, handling permissions, and ensuring effective document and records management. This role involves integrating Power Platform solutions and maintaining application repositories to support organizational processes. Responsibilities: Manage SharePoint lists and libraries to ensure organized and efficient data storage. Configure permissions and security groups to maintain secure access control. Support and maintain document approval workflows for streamlined processes. Implement records management and retention requirements in compliance with governance policies. Support backend integration of applications with SharePoint and workflow tools. Maintain and update application-related repositories and documentation. Required Skills & Certifications: Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online administration. Proven experience with document management solutions. Experience integrating Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) with SharePoint. Knowledge of records retention policies and governance practices. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Familiarity with advanced SharePoint customization and development. Certifications related to Microsoft 365 or SharePoint administration. Experience with workflow automation beyond SharePoint, such as Microsoft Power Automate. Special Considerations: May require adherence to strict data governance and security protocols. Potential need for on-call support during critical workflow or system issues. Scheduling: Standard business hours with possible occasional extended hours for maintenance or support. vTech Solution
