Leasing Consultant – Property Management Property Management is seeking a full‑time Leasing Consultant for one of our apartment communities. This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year plus commissions, full medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training and advancement opportunities. General Summary: Under the immediate supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community. Responsibilities Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects. Achieve individual and group leasing targets and proactively communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager. Respond promptly and effectively to online rental inquiries. Maintain an in‑depth understanding of site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for all sales and leasing models and the tour route. Close the leasing process and ask for the sale. Ensure lead information is correct and complete within ResMan and Knock. Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter. Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects. Warm‑call prospects as needed. Perform all screening procedures properly. Prepare and execute lease agreements and related move‑in paperwork. Collect all funds and move‑in related fees. Position and maintain “model open” signs daily. Assist customer service efforts in the community. Complete additional tasks as directed. We look for polished, engaging, energetic salespeople with sales/customer‑service experience (high‑end retail, leasing, hospitality, etc.) and a commitment to excellence in a high‑energy, upscale environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr GCI Residential LLC
