Data entry accuracy.Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental/project goals to meet deadlinesCommunicate the status of operations and bring deviations to the attention of supervisorAccurately perform procedure and tasks independentlyIn compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience, and principlesIdentify opportunities for process improvementQualificationsRequires a degree (e.g. pharmacist, chemist, engineer, computer science)Requires professional experience (approximately 2-3 years as a guide)Requires knowledge and experience in QA/QM and other industrial standards (e.g. ISO, cGMP, or other)Ability to act as a mentor to co-workers; act as a proven agent of changeRequires extensive experience with eQA tools and processes.SAP experience (QM specifically) preferredRequires knowledge/experience with Microsoft ExcelComputer skillsTroubleshooting skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills, oral and writtenThe ability to function in a fast-paced technical environment and communicate effectively is essential to success
