Store Operations Leader - Assistant Manager

Country Fair is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Store Manager with daily operations and supervise staff in serving our customers. This role shares responsibility for running the store and directing operations in the manager's absence. Responsibilities include ensuring customer service standards, enforcing policies, maintaining store appearance, cash handling, inventory checks, safety and sanitation programs, and overseeing food service and checkout accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Country Fair
