Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Experience creating system design architecture and defining integration patterns.
- Experience leading teams through design adoption and successful execution.
- Excellent documentation, communication, leadership skills.
- Help define/maintain claims roadmap with current I/T and business team
- Guidewire ClaimCenter experience and knowledge
- Familiarity with integration, migration, reporting strategies and experience relative to Guidewire Cloud Platform
- Java, Spring, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL
- DevOps (CI/CD, SCA, Observability) Practices, Developer Testing Practices
- Experience with enterprise integration strategies and best practices
- Event-driven messaging
- Experience with cloud technologies, AWS a plus
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Azure
- Cloud Native Development (CND)
- General insurance knowledge, including claims
