Master SchedulerThe CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Master Scheduler to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency.The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.Responsibilities:Designs, develops, and maintains detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systemsWorks with Tech Refresh and operational teams to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assists in keeping these schedules current and updated on a weekly basisUses or recommends automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or program-mandated softwareDevelops and/or modifies project schedules and/or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program ScheduleMaintains the overall Master Program/Project ScheduleLinks project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area, and/or other IMSsProvides hands-on development of layered schedules and IMSs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectivesMaintains status on linkages and dependencies with related projectsProvides services IAW the contract documents and meets performance metrics set forth in the SLAsCreates required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contractQualifications:Required:Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain polyAS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 6+ years of experienceMinimum 6 years of experience in project management, project scheduling, or project execution role following a detailed, integrated scheduleCurrent DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.Desired:ITIL 4 Foundation CertificationExperience with Microsoft Project Server and associated client applicationsFamiliarity with IC ITE services and classified environmentsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
