Support Technician

Job Overview Gaming Support Techs (Midway Techs) are responsible for repairing and maintaining games, simulators, and technical equipment in the Midway. They assist guests to ensure an ideal player experience and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain amusement equipment promptly and effectively. Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring proper ticket storage. Assist guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations. Stock, display, and secure merchandise; conduct inventory as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Midway games and displays. Assist in daily maintenance of the tech room and storage areas. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed. Assist general store maintenance and support other team members. Communicate promptly with supervisors about problems or unusual matters. Take corrective action or suggest alternatives when necessary. Ensure guest satisfaction, inviting guests to return and notify management of any unhappy guests. Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working climate to promote team morale and productivity. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum age 18 years. Technical and/or electrical skills preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with guests and team members. Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work on ladder and in a fast‑paced environment. Read and write handwritten notes. Commitment to a friendly, positive attitude with frequent smiling. Physical Demands Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Work off an extension ladder. Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions. Move about facility and stand for long periods of time. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
