Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: OK - Jay, OK Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category: Manufacturing The General Labor Tech assists the operators in the operation of loading and/or unloading of the paint line and general cleaning to maintain safety and cleanliness of warehouse. Responsible for ensuring the production requirements are met and checked for quality. Follows all operational and safety procedures to maintain a functional work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works under the supervision of the production supervisor. Load and unload paint line. Examines components for defects and ensures that quality requirements are met. Performs duties that help in the production process, including keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris. Provides help to any and all workers to ensure maximum production and safety guidelines. Follow quality service and safety standards and comply with AST policies and procedures as well as OSHA rules and regulations. Maintain or exceed daily production goals. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Performs other related duties, as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must wear steel-toed boots as specified by OSHA. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Excellent attention to detail. Must be very reliable. Strong work ethic. Able to withstand high temperatures during summer months. Education and Experience High School diploma or its equivalent. 1-2 years related experience and/or training. Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and banding equipment is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
