Office Assistant

$20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Input and update high-volume transaction data into internal systems with 100% accuracy.
  • Digital Archiving: Manage heavy scanning and electronic filing to transition physical documents into our digital database.
  • Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical filing systems to ensure all paperwork is easily retrievable.
  • Clerical Support: Handle general office tasks including mail distribution, basic correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Administrative Flow: Assist the team in verifying documentation to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.
