Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader after previously serving as a State Farm agent, giving me a strong background in leadership, sales, and team development. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri and have proudly called Georgia home since 1999. I enjoy building relationships within the community and creating an environment where both our customers and team members feel supported. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
