What You'll Own
Lead the Studio Business
- Drive membership sales and retention
- Manage daily operations and staffing
- Execute local marketing and outreach
- Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Set expectations and track performance
- Develop future leaders
- Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
- Identify issues early and act quickly
- Keep the studio on track week-to-week
