They primarily work with established and high-growth brands across fashion, beauty, and wellness , including well-known U.S. brands. About the Role We are seeking a strategic and highly client-facing Performance Marketing Manager to own client relationships and lead growth strategies across a portfolio of E-commerce brands. This is a hybrid role that combines performance marketing strategy, account management, and client success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, lead performance conversations, guide media strategy, and make recommendations around budgets, testing, and growth opportunities. You will have strong internal support, including account specialists who handle campaign execution, a creative designer who supports creative development, and an analytics team that provides reporting and data support. This allows you to focus on strategy, client relationships, performance, and business growth rather than spending your time on repetitive platform execution or building reports from scratch. What You'll Do Own relationships with approximately 4 to 6 e-commerce clients , serving as their primary strategic point of contact and building strong, long-term partnerships. Lead client calls, communicate performance clearly, manage expectations, and provide strategic recommendations around growth and marketing performance. Develop and guide paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant advertising platforms. Review client financials, P&Ls, LTV/CAC, forecasts, and performance data to determine appropriate advertising budgets and how spend should be allocated across channels. Manage and optimize account performance by reviewing results, adjusting budgets, identifying opportunities, and directing the internal execution team. Identify creative opportunities based on performance data and develop data-backed creative briefs in collaboration with the internal creative team. Work closely with account specialists who handle campaign builds and other technical execution, ensuring changes are aligned with the overall account strategy. Use proprietary dashboards and internal reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Analyze creative performance, audiences, attribution, and testing opportunities to help clients scale profitably. Translate complex marketing and performance data into clear, actionable business recommendations that clients can easily understand. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance, internal processes, and the overall client experience. 4+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, ideally with significant experience working with e-commerce brands. Previous agency experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously, ideally 4 to 6 accounts. Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with TikTok experience strongly preferred. Criteo is a plus. Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets, ideally in the $60K–$1M+ monthly range across client accounts. Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and business fundamentals, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, profitability, and budget allocation. Ability to review financial and performance data and use it to make strategic marketing decisions. Excellent written and spoken English with strong executive presence and the confidence to lead conversations with U.S. CEOs, founders, and senior marketing leaders. Strong client relationship and account management skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate with empathy and professionalism. Strategic mindset with enough hands‑on paid media knowledge to confidently understand campaign performance and make informed recommendationss Starting Salary: $4,000/month, with flexibility for stronger and more senior profiles.
