We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our production floor and our customers, keeping our schedule organized and our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of office coordination, customer interaction, and light hands-on work, this is the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Create, update, and maintain daily production schedules using Microsoft Excel.
• Invoicing & Payments: Invoice completed service work accurately and handle walk-in payment processing.
• Customer Communication: Call customers to notify them when their service orders are ready for pickup and answer general inquiry calls.
• Administrative Support: File records, organize work orders, and handle general office paperwork.
• Customer Service: Welcome walk-in customers and assist with minor tasks, such as helping unload incoming items or loading finished orders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating basic office software like Quickbooks.
• Customer Service Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional telephone and in-person presence.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage daily schedules, keep accurate files, and track jobs through completion.
• Physical Capability: Ability to assist walk-in customers with unloading/loading light to moderate service items as needed.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.
