The Role

Full-time, permanent Senior Manager, Contracts opportunity based on-site in Northampton, Massachusetts. The role requires an active Secret clearance, strong Department of Defense contracts experience, and management experience. Interview travel is reimbursed; relocation may be possible.

Government and commercial/non-commercial contracts, including FAR Part 15 negotiations, CPFF, and FFP
RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and change management
Portfolio leadership, complex negotiations, and management of contracts professionals
FAR, DFAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CAS
CFCM, CPCM, and CCCM are preferred certifications

What You Bring

Must work on-site in Northampton, MA
Strong Department of Defense contracts experience and management experience
Experience with FAR, DFAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CAS
Approximately 9+ years of related experience with significant DoD contracting background
Experience in RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration, change management, government and commercial/non-commercial contracts, FAR Part 15 negotiations, CPFF, FFP, complex negotiations, portfolio leadership, and managing contracts professionals
CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM preferred
