Team Member Opportunity

Our client is looking for friendly, dependable team members to help create a clean, welcoming, and fun environment for children and their families. If you enjoy working around kids, helping customers, and being part of birthday parties and special events, we would love to hear from you!

This is Full or Part Time position!

Responsibilities

• Welcome families, answer questions, and explain admission options, playground rules, and upcoming events.
• Process admissions and purchases, handle cash and card payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, toys, tables, party rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Stock supplies, merchandise, snacks, and beverages as needed.
• Assist with birthday parties and events, including setup, guest assistance, and cleanup.
• Monitor play areas, reinforce playground rules, and promptly report safety concerns or incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling money and using a register or point-of-sale system.
• Able to stay organized and attentive in an active environment.
• Willing to perform routine cleaning and restocking throughout each shift.
• Able to perform active duties such as standing, walking, bending, and moving supplies, with reasonable accommodation.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful.
